Predict the ln(IC50) of a peptide based on its sequence.
The IC50 (in nM unit) of a ligand is the concentration required
to displace 50% of a reference ligand from a receptor. The
receptor is a HLA-A2 MHC molecule. The reference peptide
used here is ALAKAAAAV (Kd = 170 nM) for 9mers and ALAKAAAAAV
(Kd = 1667 nM) for 10mers.
Note that if IC50 = 50 nM, ln(IC50) = 3.91.
[edit]
Prediction of the best HLA-A2 binding peptide(s) from an input protein sequence.
[edit]
Prediction of mutant peptide(s) that bind better than the wild type while sharing its T cell epitope.
