K2 Overview
K2 is a protein structure alignment program. It is based on
our previous program KENOBI. K2 implements a fast vector
based technique for aligning protein secondary structures.
This initial alignment is then refined using the same basic
algorithm utilized by KENOBI.
Please cite the following references if you use K2 in any published
